Qingwei Zeng is a Full Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Artificial Intelligence, Nanchang University, with a position covering teaching, research and teaching administration. He received his B.Eng. degree from Nanchang University in 1995 and his M.Eng. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2005. His main research interests include computer applications and information system construction. He has presided over or participated in multiple scientific research projects, such as the research and application of ID photo system based on fully convolutional neural networks, the upgrade of the examination business system of Guizhou Provincial Education Examinations Authority, and the construction project of Jiangxi provincial population health informatization standard system. He was awarded the Third Prize in the University Innovation Group of the First National IPv6 Technology Application Innovation Competition and the 6th Next Generation Internet Technology Innovation Competition.
